About Hap's and Meeting Our Customers Needs

Howdy. My name is Kenny Hapke (my friends call me Hap) and I started Hap’s Leathers few years ago. Why? Because I am a racer just like you (click here to see the proof!) and I wanted to be able to bring quality protection to riders at a reasonable price. I want to make sure everybody can wear the protection they deserve. This is really important for the kids that are racing out there; they need all the protection they can get.

This company is based on the belief that our customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs as quickly and inexpensively as possible. That is why such a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals and we are very proud of that.

Do I make the leathers myself? No. I work with a company that actually manufactures the leathers for me to my specifications. I check every set to be sure that they are to my standards before they go out to you. If you get them and they don't meet your standards, please let me know immediately! I want you to be a satisfied customer and tell all your friends about my products. If you aren't satisfied, you won't do that.
